Throughout this time they have been realized numerous improvements in our cooperative, with the purpose of to secure modern facilities and of great capacity. Between our facilities, we were with:

An olive yard reception, with lines of unloading and cleaning and washing the olives, while these processes fully automated cleaning and weighing, hopper for receiving and storing olives.

Several lines of continuous milling, thus to obtain that the olive remains the smaller possible time in the storage hoppers; in our case, as soon as it remains hours in these hoppers, obtaining so it is not affected the quality of the oil. These lines of continuous milling are in charge of the dangerous crushing and of the olive, as well as of the separation by means of the system of centrifugalization of the oil of the other components of the fruit (alpechín and residue), this system of centrifugalization contributes to the water saving so that so much does not take place alpechín, being reduced, therefore, the emission of residues generated in the elaboration of the olive oil.

Deposits of storage, with a great total capacity of storage, that allow the conservation of the oil in optimal conditions, so that it arrives at the consumer with the greater quality. Thus our deposits meet all the requirements to maintain this appraised product: suitable temperature, isolation, little luminosity, deposits closed along with pipes and stainless steel faucets.

Plant of packaging, totally equipped, that makes the presentation possible of our products to the consumer in the best hygienic conditions.

Product warehouse, where the agriculturist finds all the necessary one for the development of his agricultural work like installments, phytosanitary products. These products totally are supervised by an agricultural technician, whom it controls that they satisfy all the environmental requirements and of quality, and that is products apt for its use. Thus to the being a cooperative of own production (olive coming from our partners is only milled), the fruit totally is controlled as far as the product use that is used in the process of culture of the olive.
